COVID-19 Protocols
Dear valued customers,
As directed by the BC Public Health Officer, Dr. Bonnie Henry, we are taking precautions to keep our employees and customers safe during this pandemic.
If you are feeling unwell or showing any signs of COVID-19, if you have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or if you have traveled outside the country in the last 14 days, we ask that you contact us to reschedule your appointment or wait to book with us until you have either tested negative for the disease, and /or have self-isolated for 14 days and are symptom free.
Prior to our arrival please wipe counters, switches, equipment, and any surface we may be in contact with while in your home with a disinfectant solution.
These are unprecedented times right now and we are trusting that our customers and employees will maintain their honesty and integrity to keep everyone safe from contracting COVID-19.
Our Employees will be following the below safety procedures and ask you do the same where it applies:
- Employees and customers must maintain a distance of two metres apart from each other.
- Often on site space is limited therefore, we ask that customers stay in a separate room or vacate the premises while our technicians are on site. If this is not an option both employees and customers are asked to wear a mask covering their nose and mouth while in close proximity of one another.
- Employees will use hand sanitizer prior to entering anyone’s home and after exiting, or wear a fresh pair of gloves in every home.
As an additional precaution, we have asked all our employees to stay at home if they are feeling unwell or showing any signs of COVID-19, if they have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19, or if they have traveled outside of the province in the last 14 days.
Thank you for your patience and understanding, as well as your continued support of our business during this time.
